Quality Magnetite, LLC is the leader in our industry. We globally source, process, and distribute magnetite, a type of iron oxide that possesses natural magnetic properties (chemical formula Fe3O4). It is our purpose and privilege to serve our clients in the coal, aggregate, and various other industries, around the world.

We provide the highest product and service quality that our customers require. What we offer improves productivity by reducing waste, minimizing operational challenges, maximizing use of resources, and optimizing cost savings, by applying our knowledge and technology to meet our customers production challenges.

Quality Magnetite operates from two locations. We serve the Appalachian Region from our Kenova, West Virginia headquarters and the Illinois Basin Region from our newly-established Mount Vernon, Indiana office.

The Supply Chain Phase of our operation is highly resourceful in obtaining the best quality raw ore from various sources around the world. We receive ore via truck, rail, and water. Our entire sourcing, shipping, and receiving process is regularly and efficiently executed utilizing our in-house Quality Management System.

Quality Magnetite’s Processing Phase utilizes proprietary methods and state-of-the-art technology at both locations. As such, we are able to meet the most precise product requirements of our various clients. We endeavor to meet such requirements by utilizing the testing capabilities of our in house QM Lab, as well as from certified independent laboratories.

To grant our customers the most steadfast Delivery & Service, we are proud to own, operate, and maintain a fleet of the industry’s most reliable trucks. Our trucks, and the drivers we employ to drive them, are compliant with all regulations stipulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
